Diversity: What is the business case?
I remember walking into an organisation many years ago which lacked diversity. Nearly five years later, when I left, the mix was significantly healthier and I left a business which demanded diversity because the commercial benefits were clearly visible. I am proud of what I achieved and did it by creating a commercial environment that favoured diversity.
What really helped was having just two or three statistics that blatantly demonstrated that diversity creates better businesses. We would like to share a couple of those statistics with you.
